July 05, 2015

GOKONGWEI-LED property developer Robinsons Land Corp. is beefing up its horizontal or subdivision-type residential development portfolio by expanding to new locations such as Bacolod and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Through its horizontal development arm Robinsons Home, RLC seeks to launch new master-planned subdivisions outside of Metro Manila.

In a statement, Robinsons Home said it had launched three sub-brands under its portfolio of horizontal projects that cater from start-up to growing families aspiring to own their first home or upgrade to a better neighborhood. These three sub-brands are Bloomfields (for the premium market), Brighton (for mid-level market) and Springdale (affordable market).

“Each project built under these sub-brands will feature a distinct architectural concept that is rich in character,” Robinsons Homes general manager Cora Ang Ley said. “These will highlight Robinsons Homes’ value-for-money proposition and differs on location, house and lot sizes, and types of amenities.”

Each sub-brand will carry five design options. “Some of these homes were designed to house three generations with generous living areas that are well-defined—bigger bedrooms, additional bathrooms and more spaces for family interaction and bonding. Each home design is also complemented by quality fixtures and finishing,” she said.

Designed for families who live “large and grand,” the Bloomfields collection offers Asian tropical-inspired home designs with floor areas that start at 300 square meters with prices that start at P8.8 million. This features sprawling home designs reminiscent of contemporary Balinese Villas.

Characterized by earth-tone hues and eco-friendly features that include large glass-paneled windows that allow natural lighting and ventilation, these two-storey house designs also offer a high-ceiling living room and a spacious dining room that extends to a scenic garden terrace via glass sliding doors. It will also have an open kitchen design complete with island tables, as well as overhead cabinets and under cabinets for easy storage.

These designs consist of four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, four to five toilet and baths, a den which can be converted to a home office or library, balconies with an excellent vantage point for enjoying panoramic views of the enclave, as well as carports big enough to accommodate two cars.

The Brighton collection, on the other hand, is designed for growing families. It will have floor areas starting at 200 sqm. Prices start at P5 million.

This collection showcases home designs inspired by contemporary Mediterranean architecture. With distinct warm hues, these two-storey houses integrate comfort and style.

These houses will have three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, four toilet and baths, a family hall, a balcony and two-vehicle carports.

The Springdale collection is designed to suit young families, offering floor areas that start at 150 sqm. in size. with prices that start at P4 million. “This collection caters to the needs of everyday living—every day essentials without compromising what you value the most,” Ang Ley said.
