Steps to Owning a Robinsons Homes Property

First thing you need to do when buying a property is to ask yourself why you need to buy a house. Assess your current situation. Also consider details like is the property I am wanting to buy is for my starting family, half-way home during weekends, weekend home in the suburbs or a property that I want to invest in for future use?

This will help you narrow down your options and focus your search for the perfect property for you.

It is always better to ask a specialist. Our Property Associates are available anytime and anywhere nationwide to answer your questions and would be happy to serve you.  You can reach us through email or hotline. Visit our showrooms. Schedule a tripping to our sites to experience what a Robinsons brand space is like.

  • “Is the house for a starting family?”
  • “What type of development do you want to have? (Lot, townhouse or house & lot?)”

Financing Options

This step can be very critical but we will assure you that our Robinsons Homes team will make it easy for you. It is important that you cooperate well with your Property Associate.

Find payment schemes that best fits your needs and budget but we have prepared options for you to choose from. You can consult your Property Associate, a Real Estate seller or your bank to know more about this process.

Options for payment terms are:

  • Cash / Deferred Cash
  • Installment
    • Bank Financing
    • Pag-IBIG Financing (Only applicable to South Square Village, Cavite)

Financing is also made possible through RLC accredited banks. Kindly consult with a Robinsons Homes staff to know which bank is best suited for your financing needs.

Making your reservation has never been this easy. Once you have settled your payment, the process is fast and hassle-free.

Here are the necessary documents you need to prepare for your reservation:

  • Buyer’s Information Form
  • Reservation Agreement
  • Two (2) Government Valid I.D. such as the following:
    • Passport
    • Driver's License ID
    • Social Security System card (SSS ID)
    • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) eCard
    • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    • Postal ID
    • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID etc.
  • Reservation Fee
