GOKONGWEI-LED property developer Robinsons Land Corp. is beefing up its horizontal or subdivision-type residential development portfolio by expanding to new locations such as Bacolod and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
Through its horizontal development arm Robinsons Home, RLC seeks to launch new master-planned subdivisions outside of Metro Manila.
In a statement, Robinsons Home said it had launched three sub-brands under its portfolio of horizontal projects that cater from start-up to growing families aspiring to own their first home or upgrade to a better neighborhood. These three sub-brands are Bloomfields (for the premium market), Brighton (for mid-level market) and Springdale (affordable market).
“Each project built under these sub-brands will feature a distinct architectural concept that is rich in character,” Robinsons Homes general manager Cora Ang Ley said. “These will highlight Robinsons Homes’ value-for-money proposition and differs on location, house and lot sizes, and types of amenities.”
Each sub-brand will carry five design options. “Some of these homes were designed to house three generations with generous living areas that are well-defined—bigger bedrooms, additional bathrooms and more spaces for family interaction and bonding. Each home design is also complemented by quality fixtures and finishing,” she said.
Designed for families who live “large and grand,” the Bloomfields collection offers Asian tropical-inspired home designs with floor areas that start at 300 square meters with prices that start at P8.8 million. This features sprawling home designs reminiscent of contemporary Balinese Villas.
