Springdale, Robinsons Land Corp.'s gated subdivision in Angono, Rizal, was hailed "Best Mid End Housing Development" by a real estate award giving body, the developer said Friday.
The 9th Property Guru Asia Property Awards deemed RLC's 3.5-hectare development at Pueblo Angono superior in the following categories: best in location, value for money, unique selling points, state of completion, sales success, design concept, site layout, innovation, use of space, quality of amenities, construction and materials used, and sustainable function.
It bested all entries of property developers all over the country.
